We are a non-profit community interest company that provides support services to the local community.
Services we provide:
- NHS Social Prescribing
- Transfer of Care, Hospital Discharge
- Building day opportunities for older people with an identified need
- LGBTQ+ Peer Support
- Community Transport
- Community Cafe
- Financial Rescillence Assessments
- Form Filling Support
- Mental Health Recovery
- Holiday Activities and Food Program for families registered on free school meals
- Wellbeing sessions and a Community gym

We are committed to keeping this resource up to date, with new editions released every three months. The next version will be available in January 2027
RAINBOW FEST 2026
'Rainbow Fest' Took place on Saturday 15th August 2026 and was a celebration of the LGBTQ+ Community and support available.
Mental Health Awareness Day
This year we joined Mixed Mental Health to put on another great event showcasing the wonderful mental health support services across the area as well as raising awareness during 'Mental Health Awareness Week' 2026
